Before you write.
Within one business day, usually sooner. If a trip is leaving in the next couple of days, call me instead of writing, I'll pick up or call you back the same day.
It depends on the trip. How I'm paid depends on the trip, and I walk you through it on our first call, before you commit to anything. Complex itineraries, multi-country trips, and group travel carry a planning fee that we agree on before I start. The consult is where we sort that out.
Yes. I review existing bookings, flag transfers that don't connect, and add the pieces the booking site couldn't sell you. Send me what you have and I'll tell you where the gaps are.
Most of them. I'm based in Sioux Falls and work with clients across the country by phone and email. Distance doesn't change how the planning works.
